Hire him! You will not be disappointed! I wish I had hired Mr. Carrasco to represent me from the very beginning. He took on my case about half way through and it made all the difference. He is honest, direct, gives great insight and advice, and works very hard for you and your goals. He took time to explain the things I did not understand and was patient with me. He is extremely ethical, and operates outside of the boys club that is family law. You will not have to question if he is on your side while representing you. Ben Carrasco is a rare find. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is tough, smart, responsive, and ethical. I hired him after being served modification papers in a very contentious situation, and I appreciated his candor, empathy, and expertise throughout the whole process. He doesn't sugarcoat anything, but he will tell you exactly what you need to hear in order to make smart decisions.
