When stuck in an employment legal issue, I suffered a major panic attack. While on the phone for our first consultation, Kerry talked me down, and after agreeing to take my case, insured me that he would let me know if there was any reason for me to worry about anything related to my case. His reassurance and regular communication helped me through this ridiculous situation (because that's what it was) while not letting my anxiety get out of control. He was informative, practical, and down to earth. At no point did I feel like I was belittled for my lack of knowledge or that my questions were dumb and/or irrelevant. He took my personal situation into account when making suggestions on how to handle my case. For the service and support I received, he is VERY reasonably priced. I read another review that claims Kerry's the one you want on your side, and it's very true. Not only did he do an amazing job with the legal situation I was facing, he did an amazing job supporting my peace of mind. I'm hoping I'll never need an employment law specialist again. If I do, I'll reach out to Kerry. If I ever need a lawyer for anything again, I'll still reach out to Kerry for recommendations because I know he'll point me in the right direction. And, on the lighter side... his initials are KO, and I mentally refer to him as my knock out punch. As silly as that sounds, that's really how great of an attorney he is.

As a fellow lawyer in the community I came to know Lane Kazmierski when he was a student at the University of Texas School of Law. Lane quickly found his passion in fighting for the rights of individual citizens and protecting them from unscrupulous insurance companies. This review is long overdue and I'm truly embarrassed for not posting this before as people need to know what kind of an attorney is Kerry O'brien. Kerry handled 2 cases for me, one in which he so victoriously won and a second that I know (in my heart) he will also win. Both cases were extremely complex, however, Kerry is such a dedicated human being and caring (although he might not always express it), he is truly an amazing attorney. Kerry is extremely professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, persistent, detailed, strong-willed, humble and most importantly a FIGHTER! We all want someone who will have our best interest at heart specially when the reasons for hiring an attorney is due to reasons such as illegal and wrong doing on behalf of others (companies/individuals). I ABSOLUTELY and HIGHLY recommend Kerry as an attorney – no doubt about it. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to this human being who took on my pain and fought so vigorously for me and my toddler.
