Chip was great to work with. He was referred to me through my Employee Assistance Program after my car accident. He was very responsive, and hung in there for the two years it took to get the money I was owed from a very non-responsive insurance company of the person that hit me. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I just love Scott Herlihy, he not only solved our complex legal problem, he also saved us a ton of money. We had a very complex case, one years in the making, with not only multiple child support modifications, but also with our accident victim head injured and disabled adult son as his client. We began with one attorney, who was incompetent and grossly overcharged us, ultimately botching and bailing on our case. Scott accepted us anyway, and for a very reasonable sum basically charmed the opposition and the Attorney General’s Office into modifying our son’s monthly child support and arrearage to reflect his total incapacitation over a nine year period of back child support. “Miracle man” would be an understatement in describing Mr. Herlihy. You probably won’t realize that you have had a bad attorney, until you someday encounter a good one, as good lawyers are a very, very rare commodity. Hopefully, you will be able to begin your case with Scott, however if you need to switch counsel, upgrade to Scott Herlihy, it will be the wisest move and smartest investment that you have ever made.

I don't post many reviews but felt very compelled to offer up this one on Chip Evans and The Evan Law Firm. My family was in need of legal help. From the very first meeting with Chip until our settlement, Chip took great care in understanding our situation and providing thoughtful guidance every step of the way. He took time with us, was extremely thorough, and was professional and sincere at every juncture. That meant a lot to my wife and I. Without a doubt that care and concern for our case was instrumental in providing the kind of results we were seeking. If there was a sixth star for the rating, I would have highlighted it.
