Simple probate for deceased parent. I will give him credit for trying to be thorough. Once his fees went above 5K for an estate worth 60k, I asked for all my documents back and that was the only time he smiled and looked me in the eye. If he did not want the case he should have said so. Instead I sat through his interview for 40 minutes. Hope he treats you better.
