Great lawyer!

Don't not use him as a divorce lawyer. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. To top it off,the additional stress of your lawyer getting arrested twice while waiting for your court is super reassuring. After months of phone calls and emails they'll eventually get back to you. On the day of court expect him to be wearing an oversized suit. Not well kept, smelling of alcohol, burping non stop, with lovely black finger nails covered in dirt. It's honestly shocking that this man is allowed to practice. Please look elsewhere.

Still working with Stacy on a custody case. She has been on top of everything from the start. If you are a stand up parent who has good morals Stacy will fight for what's Right. I have a tough case and Stacy has kept things on track. We trust her decisions and Stacy has followed through. I'm still awaiting a trial, and would not want any other attorney on my side. Highly recommend

Well so far my guy is still locked up in the county jail. The attorney assured him he wouldn't be indicted. Things gonna be fine. He still hasn't seen my guy, almost 90days in. Non prosecution affidavit signed, still nothing but an indictment. The same one he said would not be happening. I understand there are no guarantees and he is court appointed etc. Then again, maybe I don't. Maybe my guy was hit by a truck while on a bicycle. Maybe he had had MAJOR BRAIN SURGERY a very short time before arrest and was not acting himself. Told police on more than one occasion. Seems to me his attorney, court appointed or no would be trying to DEFEND HIM . ... Tried to call again myself as I did after indictment. I received no call back then, now he is out of town.

Stacy kusob is the best by far!! She represented me not once but twice with a very difficult coparent! The staff at her office are always willing to help and very professional! She, herself, has put my mind at ease in times when I needed it!! She definitely goes above and beyond and is something that is on your side and will fight for what’s right!! She knows the facts and will go to the end to fight for you!! Highly recommended!!

I would give NO stars if that were an option! This lawyer will take your retainer and other monies. Leave you in a window of time that seems endless with no return calls or emails UNTIL WEEK before court. Then when final hearing approaches she is known to file with the court a formal dismissal or “fire” the client. Now, the client is weeks away from final, invested by the thousands to Stacy and they have to fight to keep her as an attorney to represent them??? On top of original case???? If this is the experience you want with an attorney——Stacy Kosub will NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! She has your needs as her client at best interest and will represent to the best of her abilities UNTIL a month before final. Worse Attorney in Wichita Falls that NOTHING will be done about because she is Gillespie’s wife (District Attorney for WF and the Mayor’s Sister). You can expect to not receive ANY refund of retainer or other fees. I do not believe one would be rewarded in small claims court for a job NOT COMPLETED due to her social status in Wichita Falls. Don’t waste your time, money, or legal crisis with her!!! She CAN NOT be trusted to complete job. We filed a grievance with Texas State Boards. 👎 NO STARS

I obtained Rita as my lawyer for my divorce and was completely amazed at how fast they served My wife and set the date for the temporary orders hearing. She was amazing in the hearing, the questions she would ask, objections and rebuttal. Very reasonable rate to be honest she should charge more.
