Was literally facing 12 years in prison with a court appointed attorney. I called Scott’s office and within a month and a half or so he was able to get me a deal; five years deferred probation (no conviction) and possible early release. Thank you for my freedom, you saved my life. I’ll be using Scott for all legal matters in the future.

I employed her to represent me in an MSA case. Father was signing away his rights of his children . Stacy filed to deny the MSA the Friday before the court hearing without my consent or approval. I lost custody and children are now with the father who didnt want them to begin with. I never knew what was going on in court , had to chase her down with phone calls and voicemails . She will file motions without asking you first, Which in turn ultimately will botch your whole case. What was first an easy, non contested case turned into a botched , you lose everything court case.

For any forfeited asset issue regarding getting your personal property back from the county or State Mark Barber definitely knows what he's doing he filed all the paperwork it took a couple of months about 3 months but at least I got my car back especially when you work hard for your stuff. And both of his secretary stayed on top of everything too so they make it easy yeah I'm definitely use him if I ever need to again
