I have hired Stacey Kosub on a few occasions. Her and her staff have always been very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Her fees are beyond with in reason. (Shop around). Stacey is super knowledgeable. I have sent many people to her her and they have all had experienced the same and expressed their thanks to me very recommending such a sweet, helpful, knowledgeable attorney. Hire Stacey!!!

Stacy kusob is the best by far!! She represented me not once but twice with a very difficult coparent! The staff at her office are always willing to help and very professional! She, herself, has put my mind at ease in times when I needed it!! She definitely goes above and beyond and is something that is on your side and will fight for what’s right!! I had a delicate situation when looking for a divorce lawyer as my now ex-wife was labeled terminally ill. Knowing how that appeared, I was upfront with Mrs. Kosub who heard my whole story before agreeing to take me as a client. She understood my position and did her best to represent me. Throughout the entire process, she kept explanations simple and reassured me any time I was worried during the trial. She was very professional and kept a level head, which helped me maintain my cool as well.

I was stopped, arrested and charged with possession of weeds over 5lbs under 50lbs for a felony while driving on the 287 in Witchita County, TX. I called several lawyers in the area to represent me, but none of them has a sense of genuine care like Stacy, so I decided to hire her. Her fee is also very affordable and flexible. She clearly explained to me all my options and what's the best course of actions to take. I agreed with her recommendation and we proceeded to a court appearance. After our first court appearance for arrangement, we reviewed the police report and I pointed out that it was inconsistent, so I asked her to review the video of the dash and body cam to confirm and she did it without hesitation. A month later, I received a letter from her telling me that my case has been fully dismissed because she proved to the court that the police had unlawfully profiled me based on my race. That's what I called money well spent. Thank you, Ms. Kosub.

Stacy was awesome she need just what to do!! I have been trying to get my child back for two years and I finally got custody back before Christmas. I was so nervous because the first attorney I hired did a horrible job representing me. Stacy was on point at every moment she fought hard for us and never broke a sweat. My case was a very confusing one but she was able to break out case down for the judge to understand. She even made diagrams for the judge. I will stick with Stacy for all my legal issues.

I was faced with an extremely hostile and unethical divorce suit brought about by my ex-wife and Leanne Haines. Stacy is benevolent and patient and helped me secure an extremely equitable divorce settlement. This was an incredible feat considering how sideways the suit began and how many mistruths were brought about in the initial hearing. I’d hire her again in a moment and would recommend anyone who is being sued by the unethical representations of Scheck or Haines to secure her counsel, ASAP. She did an exceptional job for the fee we agreed. That’s in contrast to the tens of thousands Haines charged and dropped my ex wife as a client when she realized there was no chance to win the nasty case she pursued. Thank you Ms. Kosub and team!
