Brad has handled several cases of child custody for us. Most recently he represented us for adoption. I have never felt so well represented not just legally, also morally. Mr. Elrod is a man of great character and stands on his morals. He will fight for what’s fair and right while keeping his and your morals in line. Which isn’t always easy when you are neck deep in emotional turmoil because your life is disrupted by family, injury or other issues that require an attorney. I can tell you after three custody matters with two children and an adoption, this man knows the law backwards and forwards. He Is a man of God and it shows in the way he never stoops to antics I have seen from other attorneys. He will make you fill very proud and dignified in court. We have referred several family and friends to him and they have all been grateful and highly satisfied! brad is a great attorney to have if you caused the damage that lead to a divorce. He will fight for you and push your agenda even if its morally repugnant or detrimental to parent/child relationships.

Didn't get to deal directly with Mr. Elrod. But I needed something done in one day. The office got us in immediately and helped get things done. (Deed transfer) Everything was handled quickly, and the conversation was nice.
