Quedé muy insatisfecha con el servicio de la abogada Díaz muy mal servicio muy grosera para contestar en cuanto a cómo su cliente se siente, su contestación fue yo no soy doctor me pareció q esa respuesta no es de una profesional muy grosera además me hizo ir a mi por el reporte hasta sandy sabiendo q esa es responsabilidad de ella y a sabiendas de que yo estaba lastimada y sin carro por el accidente tube q tomar un Uber y pagar también por el reporte y pese a eso me dijo q yo tenia q hablar al corralon y pagar de mi bolsillo para sacar mi camioneta también me dijo q yo pagara mi propio carro de renta y q la aseguranza no quería a aceptar la culpa por q el muchacho que me pego por atrás no estaba en la póliza entonces me quedé pensando, y para que la contratè? si se supone q ella debía pelear todo eso y yo no debería de preocuparme por nada… ahora estoy dudando si en verdad es abogada o solo finge serlo, no abogada yo no soy ninguna estūpida, y le daré un consejo sea mas humilde con sus clientes y trabaje por el bienestar de ellos no solo del suyo por eso la revoqué por incompetente y grosera…

I found the pen I got from Madson and Diaz the other day. While the ordeal was overall a nightmare, ( the accident and the back and forth) the service was absolutely the best. I wish there was a way that mother had a chance to also be represented by this office because she got the runaround with the other guys. Josh even stepped in to help me give some advice to mothers case. Absolutely the best personal injury lawyer I have met! Thanks D&M ! Encontré el bolígrafo que recibí de Madson y Díaz el otro día. Si bien el calvario fue en general una pesadilla (el accidente y el ida y vuelta) el servicio fue absolutamente el mejor. Ojalá hubiera una manera de que mi madre tuviera la oportunidad de estar representada también por esta oficina porque tuvo la vuelta con los otros chicos. Josh incluso intervino para ayudarme a dar algunos consejos al caso de las madres. ¡Absolutamente el mejor abogado de lesiones personales que he conocido! ¡Gracias D&M!
