My parents made the mistake of hiring them for an immigration case, they are constantly told they never sent this or that. Have had to make multiple trips which is over and hour each way to drop off papers. Forget calling and getting a response. Called and left a message and I never got a response. If my parents hadn't paid upfront, I'd tell them to find a new attorney, but they can't afford to pay someone else. They are a damn joke, don't use them
