I had a small $100 charge I had no idea about that was getting my credit score. I got it taken care of and they helped me remove the hit off my credit score.

The absolute worst. Had a collection sent to them that was supposed to be covered by insurance which eventually was paid by insurance. Was nothing but nice to the woman who continuously called me but she was always cold, short and rude to me. She claims it wasn't paid but it was even removed from my credit report after a Transunion investigation. Their "itemized bills" are made of nothing but a bunch of mashed together codes. I couldn't make any sense of it. I'm sure it's a hard job as most of the people they're trying to contact are upset but you'd think they would appreciate the few that attempt to work with them and are nice about it.

I wish I could give them negative stars because they suck that bad. Tatiyana is the rudest, most ignorant and dumbest employee I have ever talked to. Seriously. Fire her. And avoid Mountainland at all costs.

Keystone cops were more organized. If they hadn't messed-up my credit, I would never deal directly with them. Thirty-three calls later, they are still not clearing the credit report they messed up...mine! Incompetent, rude, uncaring, unprofessional and no one knows....well, anything! Should have known they were scary illegitimate, since they took on the enormous illegal mess left by crooked Gold Cross Ambulance, Iron County Utah

Obviously no one likes to pay for things that hit collections. And I truly think that a lot of these people writing bad reviews might just be sour that they prolonged bills for so long that it gets to this point. I had a lot of hospital bills that went unpaid, and the lady whome I spoke with on the phone was very nice and right to the point. Which I like! I'm looking forward to getting these bills off my chest finally after all these years, and I really just don't find the agency to be that bad

unprofessional company, rude, they don't work with you, they threaten if you don't pay a high amount. horrible company!
