Eric represented me in a very trying post-divorce custody battle, and I could not have asked for better representation. His vast knowledge of family law and court systems helped him expertly navigate every twist and turn. Eric was always there for me, quickly addressing my questions and concerns, helping me stay focused on the most critical aspects of the case, and avoiding the distractions and noise that inevitably come up with this type of case. Eric fought hard for my kids and me around every turn. His staff was great to work with, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I will not hesitate to retain Eric if the need arises in the future.

Several years ago Eric Paulson was my divorce lawyer. He helped me when other lawyers would not. He helped me get a fair settlement. Since then I have earned a Bachelor degree in Marriage and Family Studies and a Master Degree in Counseling while raising my children. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at a private practice. I could not have done this without Eric P. Paulson. I have seen individuals pay lawyers a great deal of money for the lawyers not to do what they promised or even help them. Eric P. Paulson has shown me that he is a man with integrity.

Going through a divorce in and of itself is excruciating. The emotions run deep and often times can blind us from making the correct choices. The best part about having Eric Paulson as my attorney, was that he didn’t hesitate to tell me things that were true, even if I didn’t like them or want to hear them. Once I was able to step back from the emotion and see his counsel, it benefited me far more in the long run than I could have imagined. I was focused on the short term (by being right in the middle of all the emotions) and he was looking at the long term picture/outcome.

My wife and I have used Eric's outstanding services for 3 adoptions! He is quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond to answer some very difficult questions when it came to our complicated divorce cases. Friendly, efficient, great creative problem solving, keeps in touch and is even respectful of your time/$ spent with him. Need more time, no problem... want to keep things quick , he can do that too.
