Great people to work with. They care about their clients

I'm glad I had the advocates to help me navigate through the process. There is so much loss from an accident, physically, mentally and materialistic. With their help I was able to try and focus on healing and let them deal with the insurance company. My case is not finalized but I have faith everything will work out in the end!

Insurance is a pain to deal with, even if you're not at fault in your auto accident. I wasn't even moving, and the accident I was in caused me to lose my job and some freelance work. I was able to find a great chiropractor, and he recommended the Advocates for my attorney needs and they have been exceptional to work with. They are personable, caring, and good at keeping me up to date and answering my questions. I hope I don't have to work with them again, but I'm grateful that I had someone as pleasant as they to help me through this process. Thanks guys.

I chose the Advocates team to handle my car accident case because they are not afraid or hesitant to fight my battles with insurance, or medical offices, hospitals, etc. They communicate and teach me about what's going on and keep me informed and up to date with my case. My 2 year old son needed to be hospitalized after our accident and I was worried about the cost. They assured me it would be covered and gave me the peace of knowing I could focus on him and the rest of my children and not about handling insurance claims or bills. Peace of mind is top! Someone is there looking out for me and my family. That is a huge relief!

The Advocates were more than helpful. I had a very traumatic car accident. I was pregnant and my placenta was damaged by the impact. The car insurance agents were very rude and almost harassing. I had such a hard time dealing with the reality of what was going on, the fear of losing my unborn child, the doctor's appointments I needed to go to, the car and health insurance companies, taking care of my other two children, and I needed help! The Advocates, Steve Day and his assistant Caroline, were very helpful and emotionally supportive. I was a wreck from the accident and they were there for me. They took care of everything. They took care of the insurance companies, they contacted collections and had my bills frozen until the case was settled, and I was able to concentrate on healing and being with my family instead of fielding phone calls. The stress of this accident was beyond what I would have imagined and I don’t think I could have handled it without them. Not only was Steve able to get a settlement for me, he was able to collect compensation for the pain and suffering of my baby. I get very emotional about the accident and I can tell you this firm really cares about it's clients and their well being.
