Caroline contacts me frequently to check on me and update things, it makes me feel good to know they won’t forget about me! I’m sure they have tons of clients and I for sure feel like a priority with them. They are very professional and easy to talk to and ask questions.

1. I contacted an attorney because we have never been through a accident before and felt like we needed some help with everything.
2. The advocates were recommended to us through a friend that you had helped.
3. To have all my medical bills paid and see that the person who caused the accident gets help. I am hoping that we will get a settlement that will cover and future problems due to the accident for my wife and myself.

Steve Day and Caroline Hughes were great to work with. I never had to worry about my case because I knew they were on top of it. If I had a question about my case they were always happy to answer it. I highly recommend the advocates.

Steve Day And Caroline Hughes were a pleasure to work with. Despite their busy schedules, I received letters from Steve letting me know what was going on with my case and I kept in close contact with Ms. Hughes on the next steps I have to take to get my vehicle fixed. They also referred me to Cascade spinal rehab center to help with my neck and back which were injured in my accident. They are great there and have helped me continue to recover. I highly recommend working with Steve and Caroline!

Steve and the whole staff were great to work with and were always able to answer all of my questions. My auto case took over a year to finalize due to the other insurance, but they never stopped doing everything they could to help me and keep me updated while I continued working and going to school! If you're busy like me and don't want to add more to your workload, having them handle it is the best way to go! You won't regret choosing these guys.

I was in an automobile accident and was very stressed and worried about all the leagal paper work. After much time, research and referals I decided to work with The Advocates. They have been very kind, considerate of my traumatic experience, worked very fast, made no worry or stress for me, and I felt valued as a client. They even sent me chocolates from my birthday:) Very good experience will ALL employees. Hopefully I will never have to work with them because of an accident, but if I do I will definitely work with them again.
