The Adocates were amazingly helpful, Damian was the one who handled my claim. Everyone of the staff were prompt and friendly. The opitons i was given were straight forward and easy to understand. I have had a great expierence.

Steve is the most knowledgeable attorney I have yet to meet. I am not versed in the field of a vicious dog attack by any mention, however I have to say he is the upmost, knowledgeable, and personable Attorney I have yet to meet. I was intimated and afraid to seek and to speak to an attorney, I was quite uncomfortable first meeting. Hence, past the fact, I have been treated as a human and a great friend. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the Advocates firm in their helping me with my claims in my recent accident that could've killed me when I was T-boned. My car is ruined and maybe my pride, but I'm just grateful to be alive and that Rebecca and Jamie were on top of things in handling all my issues with bills, lost payment, etc. and my initial attorney Damian Kidd's amazing knowledge about the various insurance companies, he made sure they didn't get away with being cheap and let me know all my options and how realistic they were during my recovery. I highly recommend this company and their staff. Even though they were out in Salt Lake, they took care of everything while I'm up near the Ogden area regardless. They're very meticulous and are strict about the nitty gritty of compensation so that nobody can say they didn't do their due diligence and homework, and they do care and they do remember the client. I hope they'll continue to provide a great service.

The Advocates took great care of us after our auto accident. I really appreciated them taking over all of the bills, and communications with the auto insurances. The staff was more than willing to take all of my calls and emails and answer all of my questions, and I had lots of them!

The Advocates have a been great to work with. My wife was involved in a car accident that she was not at fault for. It was such a hassle to work with insurance companies and trying to get them to cover medical bills for her surgery. We finally went to The Advocates and they have been excellent. You have nothing to loose by going to them. They want to help and are excellent at what they do. We definitely wish we went to them sooner.

A colleague of mine referred me to Damian Kidd and the Advocates several months ago following my motorcycle accident. Damian came over to my house to fill out the initial paperwork, and I never had to go to their office. Damian and his staff were very professional and efficient. We did most of our communication through email which I preferred, but I'm sure they are very flexible in adjusting to any person's preferences. There were several people working on my case (Damian and his assistants) so I always had somebody available to answer all of my questions. They got the job done in a very timely manner: settlement reached, bills paid, property damage compensated.

These people are amazing. We specifically have been working with Damian Kidd. My husband and I have been dealing with insurance companies for the past year and a half trying to get them to cover my surgery bills after I was involved in a car accident. Its literally been a nightmare with how long this has dragged on and getting insurance companies to pay. We finally didn't know what else to do so we contacted The Advocates and met with Damian and literally within a week are getting a check from the insurance companies to pay the medical bills plus more for all the damages. My only regret is not going to them sooner.
