Friendly, showed concern and went to work immediately

Trevor was great! Very personable guy, with a sense of humor. It did take quite some time but was not his fault. I would definitely use the Advocates again if needed.

Makelle was so patient and helpful! She was able to answer my questions and get the information needed for my case to move forward quickly.

Would give a 0. Took MONTHS for them to “investigate” my case. I worked with Julie, she seemed irritated every time I called or texted about my case cause well… they did NOTHING to pursue my case. I’m looking for an attorney now to help with my case. Advocates for who? Wish they could have actually advocated on my behalf & here I am 9 months later with zero information on how to proceed forward. Waste of time.

My wife was rear ended last year. She went to the doctor for pain in her side from the accident. The insurance only wanted to pay half our medical bills. We tried to get help from the advocates and they didn’t do anything but get paid. We are still stuck with a 12k hospital bill. Don’t use them! Shop around

I wish I would have got a phone call letting me know they were not pursuing my case after my wreck the individuals that I spoke with over the phone for month said I have a case and that it would take some time for a settlement to be worked on only for a month later to receive a letter in the mail stating they decided not to pursue my case. Now I am left with all the ends to tie it’s rather frustrating I never received a courtesy call and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as they did not help. But take personal information and call every month. If they were honest and upfront I wouldn’t be mad or frustrated that they told me I don’t have a case.

They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, from start to finish, making everything crystal clear and helping me find everything I needed to get better. I highly recommend them!
