Highly recommend M. A. Munson Law! When we found ourselves in need of legal advice on a case with very uncertain ramifications, Mr. Munson didn't hesitate to help! As a person, he was very sympathetic and understanding during our time of struggle. We never felt judged or looked down upon. Mr. Munson and his team are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I was so confused and scared trying to navigate the court system. I called several attorneys, which confused and scared me even more, but then I talked to Mr. Munson. He was incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward and didn't make things more convoluted than they already were for me. He explained everything precisely and clearly. Mr. Munson and company were recommended to me for my son's Limited Adult Guardianship, as he has severe disabilities and needs us to be able to make certain decisions for him. This office was great to work with. I was very nervous about contacting his father about the proceedings due to our history, but they took care of everything so that all my husband, who has been Dad since he was a toddler, and I had to do was go through the class on guardianship (for my husband), sign the documents, and show up for court.
