These guys failed to understand basic legal process in the handling of my case. Had to turn to other legal help to correct their errors and then they failed to take any ownership for their mistakes.

Very expensive and you pay a lot of money before going to mediation or court. You need to have a good credit card to be able to maintain the fees. Still waiting to see if they are worth the money once we finally go to mediation. Will be able to evaluate better once everything is complete.

This lawyer, Elly Hendriksen didn't"t show up to my hearing, I spent more than $3,000 dollars with this film for nothing. They will not care about you they will only take your money and later they will not show up! .

I was literally at one of the worst places I've been in my life. I was on the verge of losing not only my family but all the things I'd worked for over my 12 year marriage. I needed someone to help me through these dark times and protect not only me but my children. Someone was looking out for me as I was able to find Elly Hendrickson at Cordell and Cordell. I owe Elly a debt of gratitude for the way she counseled, managed and fought for me an my family. Having her there to help me through the difficult changes and negotiations was critical. I honestly dont know if the outcomes could have been any better and to that I owe Elly. If you are in a spot like I found myself or need someone to advocate for you and your rights you can assure Elly Hendrickson and Cordell and Cordell is the right place to be. I consider the choice to utilize Elly and her services as one of the best decisions I could have made. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed in this law office. DO NOT use this law firm. You will get screwed over and you will only have rights taken away especially if you’re a father. They only hurt fathers rights for those who deserve the best!

I have had my fair share of hiring lawyers due to my eccentric lifestyle and these guys right here make snake oil salesmen look fantastic. The only leveling of the playing field that was leveraged was making sure he got paid, and even then he made sure an easy 5 minute answer took an hours worth of pay. Any evidence I had as proof against my exes allegations were met with "We don't need that, I'm building rapport with opposing counsel". What kind of lawyer does this instead of help you get better footing in a legal battle weighted toward mothers? These guys. When mediation came it was a joke, a total money grab for attorney and best "mediator" they could find. What kind of mediation really happens when the two parties are not in the same room working things out? Cordell & Cordell mediation. What kinda of lawyer plays on his phone and says he's practicing his photography so he doesn't have to do this anymore? A Cordell & Cordell lawyer. What kind of lawyer says that if the opposing party doesn't agree to anything in mediation we leave but then rolls over and pressures you into signing away any chance you have of fair parental rights with your child? Ding Ding. A Cordell & Cordell lawyer. Finally, what kind of attorney will "forget" to complete contractually agreed upon filing of documents and then expect you to pay thousands of dollars AFTER stating they forgot? We're all looking at you J. ^ he finally decided that he would do me a favor and complete his contractual agreement for free as a favor. Sadly, still waiting on him to finish since he is probably still trying to build rapport. Divorce is stressful and horrible. These guys seem to want to add abject poverty to it as well.

Best company for fathers wish they could fight for every father

Jake Cowdin has exceeded every expectation I had when assisting me with my case. He has been courteous, personable, informative, and very prompt in the process of filing all necessary documents with the courthouse. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone trying to maneuver the mirky waters of divorce litigation.
