Danielle Hawkes is an awesome attorney.. She is the best there is! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She and her entire staff really care about their clients. They all helped me through a painful divorce with compassion and understanding. I highly recommend the Hawkes Quam LLC law firm!

Danielle is an excellent lawyer. I worked with a few lawyers in my case before her and she was the best by far. She knows what she's doing. She knew exactly how to proceed in all of the crazy situations I had to deal with and was able to get the facts out in court, something my previous lawyers hadn't been able to do effectively. I can't recommend her enough.

I contacted Danielle after trying to navigate the divorce process on my own. My ex-wife and I were in agreement on most items through the divorce but I was still having trouble navigating the process through the state. After months of trying, and getting nowhere fast through the state program, I reached out to Danielle and she was awesome to work with. She’s very straightforward, efficient and smart. She knew the answers to all of my questions immediately and turned around documents very quickly. Her and her staff are top notch. We had our divorce final within a month or two from when we first contacted her which I helped both me and my ex move on from the situation in a positive manner. My divorce was pretty simple, we had agreed on the terms, but I needed someone to effect that agreement and be the go-between on the remaining details. I hired Dani and she was exactly what I needed. She provided insight when there were a few small issues to discuss, she affirmed that my inheritance was not at risk and she structured the stipulation agreement to address the issues I expected might arise with my ex's tendencies to be avoidant. I had a good friend give me a strong recommendation to use Danielle. After dealing with an attorney that didn't seem to care about my case and had some questionable billing practices, I did exactly that. I really wish I had gone to her in the first place. I'm not the type of guy that likes to communicate over email. I like speaking directly to whomever I'm working with. Danielle catered to that method. I had my first meeting with Danielle over Zoom. I told her my story, she asked questions and directed the interview well. Within in a hour she sent me a typed overview that was so concise and accurate, my jaw dropped. I figured I would be paying large sums of money to get this sort of talent on my side. Though Danielle's retainer fee was higher than my initial attorney, the overall cost was much lower because she was quick and her billing practices were fair. While my previous attorney billed me 250 an hour for any sort of work, including paralegal work, Danielle charged me half that rate when done by her paralegal, Lexie, who was also amazing to work with. My case worked out really well and my relationship actually improved with my ex because Danielle read the case well and took a diplomatic approach, she's an excellent negotiator.
