Acadia will string you along for years and you could end up homeless. They do not do a thorough job for you. they're going to investigate what we need to find out and they don't help you in any way just only to let you lose everything you have as you're waiting for the judge to say you are disabled and then you receive nothing, nada and you lose everything you own in the meantime and that's okay with Acadia. Run the other way.

I wouldn't recommend this firm I started using them after a car accident in May 2019 they have promised me numerous loans to get my healthcare needs met then never provide said loan. So far I have paid 30K out of pocket and never seen a reimbursement yet. Linda promised me a loan last week to get stem cell injections. I went and paid the co pay of $150 at the doctors office as she recommended now this week she tells me I can't get a loan for it. They also promised to send my demand in December we're now at the end of February and nothing has been done. They have the worst service ever I've emailed Natalie and Linda both telling them I'm tired of being promised things they don't provide and that I will fire them and get another attorney to represent me because they don't have my best interest in mind. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY LIE AND PROMISE THINGS THEY CANNOT PROVIDE!!!

Unbelievable! I have in the last 3 weeks left 8 messages for a call back. Nothing! No one answers, goes to VM. I started with your firm in May 2017.. Was told approximately 2 mons ago by one of MANY case Managers, Sheena, Kaylee, Katreena or whomever, they didn't need to help me at this point, if approved the firm gets paid no matter what!! I'm guessing that's true..I've had to contact your office in the beginning, to let YOUR ppl know of my 2 denials and to appeal them .. Now the SSI website says ive received a Hearing date, NO ONE will rerurn my calls! Are you still in business??? Several reviews state same problems, no one contacted your clients re: Court until 15 mins prior to going before the Judge. Before ever meeting the Attorney.. Each year thousands die waiting for an answer. In fiscal year 2016, 8,699 Americans died on the disability insurance waiting list.Dec 27, 2018 Social Security Disability and SSI for Depression and Suicide while waiting a decision! I've had by far the worst experience. Katreena whom was representing the firm was very unprofessional, unpleasant and disrespectful. In working with her she always spoke over me and was overbearing when asking something of me. She would not listen to my concerns, responding in a disrespectful manner. I was the one who ended up getting my own paper work, medical records and Dr notes. I did most of the leg. So I thought to share so others may hear my experience before choosing to do any business with this firm. I've dedicate three years to a firm to help me get SSI/Disability. That is hard enough as it is... no-one deserves to be treated like this! Don't you agree? Unbelievable, Homeless and at my wits end!
