I feel like I made a great decision by choosing Acadia Law Group to represent me. The staff is very friendly and always kept me updated with new details about my case.

So far I have been treated very well and with respect I am kept informed on a regular basis on how things are going. All the ones I have talk to are very polite . At this time I am very satisfied

El servicio ofrecido en Acadia Law Group fue excelente. Desde el primer momento estuvieron en contacto con nosotros, cuando solicitamos sus servicios inmediatamente programaron una reunion en persona para tratar todos los por menores del caso y aunque era un caso pequeño lo tomaron con la misma seriedad y responsabilidad como si hubiera sido un caso millonario. Todo el tiempo estuvieron disponibles para ayudarnos y asesorarnos. Gracias por su ayuda. Los recomiendo.

would make inquiry calls for status updates and would have to leave voice mail for the paralegal several times before I received a call back. I had a concern which was never addressed and did not receive the amount I could have for an error in calculation regaurding the dates last worked. Made several calls informing them that there was a discrepancy, but was never addressed so I lost money for the full time I waited from the date of filing my claim to the award date. Recieved a response to my review asking me to call and discuss the matter. So I did and guess what happened. Yup. The same thing. "Thank you for calling I'll give them the message." That was over a week ago.

Well I feel a little bit left out in the proverbial cold. Especially in the end, after I found out that my representative was paid their fee in full. After finally being able to speak to someone whom ever I spoke to was very short with me. I was informed that yes a decision had been made. That  infact my representative had been paid. Also if I wasnt paid my potion of the back pay of $10,000 by the next following day to contact the Ogden office and find out why. When asked if the Acadia Law firm could assist me. I was informed  no  they could not. The entire experience was hit and miss, riddled with uncertainty and guess work.  In the past when working with a law firm I was always kept informed , as well as kept in thr loop in decision making . None the less I got paid .  The amount was less and the back pay was lessened.  I honestly dont think I will be referring any clients your way, but you asked

I was cycled through at least four case managers without any notification. I would find out when I called to speak with my case manager and was told "you have a new case manager". Every time I called for information or an update on my case I was told that my case manager was not available. I was told to leave a message and they would have her call me back at her earliest convenience which, at best, was three days or, at worst, not at all. When I did speak to someone I was either given misleading information or important parts were left out. Of course I didn't know any of that until my settlement went through and my monthly check was hundreds of dollars less than I was led to believe it would be and the back pay was several thousand dollars less that I was led to believe it would be. That's when details were explained...by an officer of the court! I would not recommend this law firm.

Choose another law firm to handle your case. Came up paralyzed and they couldnt even get my case aproved.
