Chad's literally D league divorce lawyer. Cost me 10s of thousands of dollars and his lack of knowledge was shown by a Judge who scolded him in court and told him that he did not know divorce cases that set precedence to properly inform me on whether or not I should go to court her statement was that I shouldn't have even been there. And of course you know what leaching lawyers do.

I highly recommend LINDSEY BRANDT. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel protected. I value her integrity and work ethic. She always kept me informed and went to battle when I needed her the most. I can’t say enough good things about what she’s done for me. When my special needs daughter needed to relocate due to medical reasons, she was relentless in advocating, and made sure that my child obtained access to the environment that she needed to thrive. She never once backed down, always putting my daughter’s needs first. I am thankful to say we are healthy and thriving in Oregon. After such a hard fight, it feels like Utopia. Her grit, legal knowledge, and ability to ignore the noise from the other side were truly impressive. She defended me against the continued lies and oppression that I experienced for two years before I found her. As my teenager would say, “It’s the INTEGRITY for me.”

I had the privilege of working with Lindsey Brandt and she was amazing. She was referred to me by a friend of mine and she was better than advertised. Chad and the team at Tycksen & Shattuck saved the day for our family in a construction issue. We had worked with a builder who didn't fulfill their responsibilities including paying for materials and subcontractors. When the subcontractors came after us for payment, Chad was able to quickly and effectively protect us from having to double pay those bills (once to the builder and again to the suppliers/subs directly) despite unexpected complexity with our contract. Everyone in their office was great to work with and always made us feel supported. They were strong advisors through the process letting us know what we could expect and what we could do to further recuperate from the builder's failure to perform.

Chad Shattuck was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding as he helped me work through and resolve some difficult circumstances. I am grateful for the Tycksen & Shattuck team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve Tycksen is a HORRIBLE attorney. Talks more than he works just to drain your retainer and will accomplish nothing. The worst value I’ve ever had, he’s out of the game and needs to retire. Quite literally destroyed my case disclosing privileged information to the opposing party’s attorney. The firm must be having some type of financial hardship because I fired Steve over a month ago and they’ve kicked the can down the road on providing a billing statement or any type of reimbursement. Good luck getting a hold of anyone for resolution because no one can be bothered to answer the phone at their office more than half the time, and when they do answer they don’t have answers and won’t call you back. Do NOT use Steve Tycksen for any of your legal needs. You will regret it.

Used Chad Shattuck for the longest, most contested divorce ever known to mankind. Chad was amazing. He was referred from a friend and I was extremely grateful for all of his hard work and patience with my hard case. Chad was also outstanding in court the several times we had to go, and he was very good at bringing me back down to earth when I was madder than a wet hen at my ex husband. I will use Chad for everything I need in the future!
