This place is horrible. I was approved for a payment plan in October 2019 which I made my first payment in office and I set up to call my payments in. I call in the next month (November) to make my payment and I’m told my payment is successful and I will receive an email with confirmation. 2 weeks later I receive an email stating that my payment did not go through so I call this office to see what happened. I state I can now make my December payment but I don’t have a double payment for them. I’m told that’s fine to make my December payment and make up for November in January along with my January payment. I call in today to do so and they proceeded with garnishments two weeks ago, my case is not notated about what was spoken about last time, supposedly the lady I spoke with last time no longer works there either. This is just nuts.

To start we paid in full. I am revising my review to ensure its accuracy. I was on the verge of eviction back in October. My own fault. Understandable. A friend helped me out and we paid 1600 upfront followed by two additional payments of 904. However because apparently the faculty of Kirk and Cullimore simply select their own hours during the holiday season, our leasing office has yet to recieve the full amount of funds to offset our balance which resulted in a notice on our door. The incompetent receptionist will lazily tell you everything has been taken care of without tangibly looking at your account. This is unacceptable in terms of ethics and transparency as far as payments. I dont care if you want to pick your own hours or work when you please. Do your job competently and ethically prior to going on holiday. Unacceptable and in some cases considered fraudulent. Conveniently refusing to report payments in a timely manner is tantamount to fraud. And any potential client as a 3rd party be wary of going through Kirk and Cullimore. If its not convenient for their staff and faculty they may just hang onto to your money collected for an undisclosed period of time. If you're not collecting the money owed when a tenant has paid in full, than who is? Simply a question worth asking.

I lived at Seasons at Pebble Creek apartments. The absolutely worst apartments I ever lived in. They made trumped up charges and tried to get money from me and my ADA. I took the apartment along with their crooked attorney Kirk Cullimore to mediation. I explained that my ADA should not be held responsible for my bills. Now, since I no longer have an ADA and have a nurse instead Kirk, is going after my ADA and it's been 5 years! Kirk is having my ADA's wages garnished! The most crooked attorney I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Very rude very unprofessional refused to give me any information. Hung up on me 6 times everytime i tried explaining myself at the end they would say ok are you done now. Id give less stars if i could.

Kirk A. Cullimore is such a great place! Great and really nice staff here, as well as providing some really good knowledge and training is absolutely great! Thank you for everything you guys do for all of us!
