I've used krirk cullimore with the last property management company I was with for over 7 years I really enjoyed working with him and his team. I was super excited when I learned that my new employer uses him for collections and evictions. I have been with this company for a few short weeks and they have been so helpful with evictions and understanding that I am new to the company. They always return my calls super fast and half the time I get to talk to someone right away. Very helpful.

The staff is arrogant and usually refuse to help people very often. I just had a baby & they dont care. Everytime i call someone rude answers, tranfers me & if i cant make a full payment they threaten you with default even though i pay the missing pymnt on top of my current pymnt to keep my account current. Ive never been treated so rudely- especially when this debt was forgiven & than sent to these guys. I cant wait to be done with them, rudest company i have ever dealt with!

less than 1 star, if you want to pay then a bunch of money over 2500.00 to have them turn around and change your locks and taker your cat to the pound and not be notified, not 1 call today letting us know anything!!!! Scammers and I'm also disabled and have no where to go!! Thanks for your help!!
