This guy is the biggest crook in the state of Utah.

they will lie to you to get you to sign papers then after signing they will go back on what they said and raise the charges again. I talked to carrie and she told me that if i paid $100 til i can pay the amount in full they would waive the attorney and court fees. I had paid $100 to start the process then i called a week later to pay the amount in full, they are now saying they never said that and that i have to pay the attorney and court fees. I had called them on the 28th of april paid them that friday and now am trying to pay the full amount on monday the 8th of may a whole two months before my next payment amount. I wish I got what she said in writing or an email before signing the papers! Be warned and make sure to have a paper trail!

Receptionist was ignorant. Cursing and talking down about other employees was overheard while waiting an extended amount of time to be assisted by another staff member. Extremely unprofessional and rude

Their aggressive male employee harassed me on a Sunday when I was sick. He was yelling at me to come to my door immediately. When I finally made it to the door, papers were shoved in my face with no explanation provided. The impertinent man then walked away. The papers he left had nothing to do with me but with a completely different person. I now have to contact the office so they can redirect their aggressor to the proper party.
