Bad bad bad

The worst customer service, such rude and aggressive women, racist!

They step on you're neck and are not willing to work with you at all.

These people are money hungry, they do not care about anything else and they show it

This is a truly predatory law office. When I moved out of Wasatch Club Apartments, I contested that they were charging me $20 each for stove driptrays that I could get at Walmart for $8. That was when Kirk A Cullimore came into play. Zero effort was made to contact me about this debt. And in less than four months after I moved out, I had a judgment against me where they had tacked on more than $900 in "attorney fees" and "collection fees". When I spoke with a representative from the office of Kirk A Cullimore, I was told that they are not required to make any effort to inform me of the debt, nor do anything more than send a single letter collection letter (to the wrong address). I offered to pay the original amount of the move-out, but Kirk A Cullimore's office is not in the business of collecting original amounts. They are clearly in the business of collecting astronomical tacked on fees that should not even be legal. If you a are a shady business that is looking for a crooked attorney to sell your debt to, than Kirk A Cullimore is clearly a great choice. If you are any sort of an honest individual or business looking to collect valid debts, than I'd say keep looking. This man and his law firm are a bunch of crooks that know the legal loopholes necessary to destroy people who are already struggling. Shame on you.

Fantastic law office! Staff is very knowledgeable and always prompt in answering any questions I have. Just absolutely wonderful people. If you think they were mean to you then I am 100% sure you were the problem not them. Keep it up guys thanks!

Is this the worst practice law firm in Utah? Said they handed a summons to a 6 year old in the front yard 10 years ago.
