Without getting into too many details of my case...I just had to let others know how easy it was to work with Jeff. I didn’t know who to go to after I was in a car accident..and after a referral led me to him. I’m not the easiest to work with, as I don’t do well over the phone and needed most of my communication via text. This was difficult as I ended up out of state..but Jeff always was VERY courteous and only called if it was absolutely necessary. He was very organized and I really didn’t have to do a thing except respond back to him (Which he wouldn’t harass me if I forgot to call back, he would just send me a nice text reminder in like a week which I really appreciated!) So if you’re in the same boat as me..which is, I don’t really know what to do..and am scared to even work with a lawyer. Just call Jeff Symkoviak..he really does everything he can for you!

Jeff Symkoviak was awesome! We could not have gotten the settlement that we did without him. We were a little lost after our car accident. I had no clue I could get a lawyer after my car accident because my health insurance covered my medical bills. My chiropractor was the one that educated me and passed on Jeff’s number. I called Jeff and we went through the entire process over the phone. (To this day I still have never met him in person) Half way through the claim process I moved out of state and switched insurance. I thought that might make things harder but it didn’t. Everything was done on my phone. 6 or so phone conversations later I got a paycheck from Jeff for way more money I ever thought would be granted to me. I could have gotten paid sooner but Jeff felt he could get me even more money and he totally did! He was so easy to work with. He never wasted my time his calls were to the point, professional, upfront and honest about everything. Because my new insurance didn’t cover me the way my old one did I was so grateful Jeff was able to get me the amount he did so I could have the funds to get the help I needed moving forward. Jeff didn’t collect any money from me personally so I literally lost nothing and gained by calling him.

I met Jeff a few years ago. First impressions are everything, and I knew right away he was someone I'd be able to trust. Over the years I've leaned on Jeff for legal advice, but never anything serious. Recently, Jeff represented my girlfriend after she got T-boned in an intersection by a driver who ran a stop sign. We are so glad we made the decision to work with him. Getting into an accident is stressful enough, but Jeff made sure we understood every step of the process so that we didn't worry any more than we needed to. Symkoviak Law Firm really took care of all my needs. I was in a car accident and called there Law Firm.
