A couple of years ago the Husband of my Book Keeper was seriously injured in a Bicycle vs RV incident. There were significant medical bills and recovery time off work. I recommended they contact Kenny Christensen, himself an active cyclist, and they did. I watched the progress and was impressed with the persistence and diligence of Kenny and his team as it became increasingly difficult to track down the RV and Driver who were out of State. There was finally a very positive and meaningful resolution which made a big difference to a family I cared about.

Was in a motorcycle accident over a year ago and called Ken based on a family friend. That was the best advice I ever followed. Very friendly and professional staff that would always take time to explain problems I was having, and always called me back promptly when I needed something. They saved me financially and mentally by taking on all of my legal problems associated with my accident and I will be forever grateful.

Five years ago I took a terrible fall and was severely injured in a local convenience store. I was so badly injured that it took three surgeries and 9 incredibly painful months to recover. Sadly, the executives of the Texas-based convenience store chain acted as if I did not exist. Last fall my daughter found herself in a situation that left her needing legal help. After a car accident that required major repairs to my car that took several weeks and injuries that took months to deal with, I contacted Mr. Kenny Christensen for help. Initially I contacted his office for help in filling out confusing forms from the insurance companies. I soon learned we would have to fight my own insurance company in being reimbursed for injuries I received from the accident even though I clearly had enough insurance. I highly recommend Mr. Kenny Christensen. He gave me advice and guidance regarding therapists, facilities, physicians and insurance companies. His experience was extremely helpful because I often didn't know what to do. Mr. Christensen personally contacted me and helped guide me in pivotal decisions. Although the process cannot be hurried, I appreciated how he and his office kept the process moving forward and sent me regular communications and updates. We were happy with the outcome. Working with Mr. Christensen helped make a situation I never wanted to be in much easier and less stressful than it already was. If I ever am in another accident, I won't hesitate to call him again.

The day my world turned upside down [car accident], I didn't know who to call or what to do. I researched lawyers and saw the Ad for "Christensen Law Firm." That first call took the most horrible day- where I had become a victim -and gave me hope in someone [Christensen Law Firm] that things were going to be OK. As individuals, you most likely won't find two nicer people who care about you individually and your future. My case was a long 2 years, recovery and going through all the healing takes time and a lot of patience. Russ walked me through a lot of difficult days when I thought the end would never come with my healing or injury case. It came though and just as promised from the beginning--- " Everything is turning out ok." I am through my surgery, healing more each day and my life is starting to get back to where I left off --- as close as I can hope to get. Christensen and Hymus Law firm is a choice I'd make again [ but don't want to need again (smile) ].
