Being told that my injury is "part of the assumed risk of riding public transportation" is at the very least insensitive. I do not accept risk of injury when trying to get off the bus at my stop, and not being able to because of a negligent driver. Also, the driver shouldn't be accelerating or braking so hard people get injured. If that's the assumption, children shouldn't be allowed on such a public hazard!

So easy to work with. Explained everything to us and gave us options at every step. Made a scary and stressful situation manageable. Fought for us and really helped us out
