I was illegally evicted! They didn’t file papers with the courts, they evicted me between one covid bill ending and another starting a few days later. They filed for 6k in damages when I didn’t even hang anything on the walls. They refused to let me get my daughters life saving medicine or my work equipment! Someone needs to look into this.

I get no communication from the office. Literally only know the name of the legal office from wage garnishment notices that I then have to fight.

I shouldn’t have to spend hours and hours over phone and email to simply pay a bill. Mishawn has been incredibly unresponsive and rude. She demanded that I call her (even though she had my phone number) just so she could tell me the exact same information she provided in an email (why????). Then come to find out a week later, the information she provided was totally inaccurate. It takes multiple emails to get a simple answer to a question because she gives half answers or answers questions I didn’t even ask. You would think they would be happy to collect payment in full but apparently they don’t have time to or have no interest in doing so.

Ruthless, bloodless

I called this horrible place to set up a payment plan on an account and the lady who answered the phone continuously screamed at me and wouldn’t listen to me. I was then told I couldn’t contact them anymore without an attorney and was then hung up on. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Could not leave a message. She actually denied having a pen and/or paper. Then snottly added "its not in her job description " Customer service at it finest.
