We are pleased with the service Voyant provided for us in helping with our estate planning. The team was thorough and professional. Nathan helped us with many things we were unaware of but that's what they do best. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Voyant law in November 2022 to aid me in obtaining guardianship and conservatorship of my aunt. At first they seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as they received the retainer, this changed. My case was given to an intern in the office who didn't even have basic grammar skills. I spent dozens of hours editing and correcting the legal documents that were submitted to the courts. They were using templates but not correctly altering the information for my case. They had inaccurate names, pronouns, and relationship listed in the documents. They also misunderstood and misrepresented extremely important pieces of information. I provided large amounts of documentation that was never even accessed by the office. They did not file the appropriate evidence with the court. The attorney they requested to represent my aunt fought my petition from the beginning. Sadly, I feel this was orchestrated to create business for both legal representatives. The end result was $25,000 in legal fees paid from my disabled aunt's funds that should have been used for her care. I told the firm from our first meeting and multiple times after that the petition would be contested. Attorneys I spoke to after the fact told me that Voyant never should have accepted a petition that they knew would be contested. They are estate attorneys, not litigators. When the petition was contested, I had to provide an additional retainer to bring a litigator in. This man was not properly informed about the facts of the case and was not prepared to represent me at the hearing. I dismissed Voyant shortly after this and hired a real attorney. I did win the petition, but the attorney brought on by Voyant to represent my aunt created a scenario when what should have been a 4-month process at most became a 9-month battle. I cannot say enough about how inadequate this firm is for guardianship pursuits. Please protect yourself and your loved ones from this firm. They only care about money.

Working with Mike and his team has been a great experience. Everyone has been knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.
