Randy has been my personal attorney for roughly thirty years. He gives his opinions to me straight. I trust his advice and seek it regularly. Life is complicated, you need good unbiased advice and sometimes strong, vigorous representation. Randy is my goto guy.

I went to Randy Birch, and he was very professional and insightful, he helped me feel confident moving forward. I previously met with another attorney seeking legal advice and did not feel confident in his advice.

I was introduced to Mr. Birch by my local banker in Heber. It was a very difficult time for my wife and me. We had recently resettled in Midway via Florida and our estate planning was officially recognized only in Florida. My wife had recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and we found ourselves in a tenuous position. Mr. Birch showed tremendous compassion and understood our position. He took charge of our concerns and immediately went to work on remedying our estate problems. With numerous meetings we were able to transfer all of our personal estate commitments to the state of Utah. I believe that the kindness and consideration Mr. Birch showed my wife and me certainly made a most difficult situation much more pleasant to deal with. I would most definitely recommend the services of Mr. Birch, in fact I already have. I have since had other situations that have developed since my wife's passing and Mr Birch has always been very responsive to my needs. I enjoy speaking with him and find his intellect sharp!

Randy Birch was our lawyer through a very difficult time with a severe dispute with my sister. My sister came in and took over our ageing mother that had alzheimer’s. In fact, kidnapped her and had her sent to an alzheimer’s unit in another town, without letting me know where. Randy counseled us, helped us be proactive and knowledgeable in the laws that would best take care our precious little mother. There wasn't one time he wasn't available 24/7 to direct our concerns and shut down a very aggressive sister. We even went to court to get a power of attorney stopped that my sister had illegally pulled together. Talk about a heart wrenching experience as Randy sat beside me in court. He professionally took charge of the situation and had many areas to focus on, such as; having a neutral lawyer there to have the judge assign guardianship of our mother. Who would have thought of that but, Mr. Birch? He was not only on top of things, but continued effectively and thorough to the very end as we were able to bury our mother and settle her estate in an equal manner with my sister. We have recommended Randy Birch to many, many people and the wonderful job he did for us and our family. There is no question in our minds that if we ever needed legal counsel again it would be, Randy Birch.
