Scott Dopp is a stud. If you don't have a Will and Trust, you should definitely get one. King and King is a place you can do this. I would also recommend Matthew Miles at Froerer and Miles. Both are excellent places, good customer service, good rates.

We have had Scott work on our estate planning for years and has done a fine job and we've been very pleased. However, we need help with my dad's probate in Utah for almost a year and we can not get him to answer numerous voicemails or emails. Both my husband and I have tried separately. The only thing I can conclude is it not a big enough fee to warrant his time. I'm very sad about the lack of customer service. He said he'd handle it last spring but nothing has been done. I wish he would have just been honest in the beginning and said he did not do that or was not interested and we would have gone somewhere else from the beginning.

Scott Dopp helped my Wife and I set up a Revokable Living Trust a few years ago. Unfortunately, due to a recent divorce, I had to dissolve the Trust. I called the number provided on the web site for guidance and was directed to e mail Scott, which I did. After weeks of no response, I received paperwork to resolve the trust from my ex-wife. Rather than Scott responding to my e mail or simply calling me back, Scott apparently chose to keep me out of the loop in the matter entirely: Although this situation may be unique, I would suggest finding a firm with more professional integrity and courtesy.
