Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. Jack and his staff made me feel that they were looking out for my best interest and were able to get the matter solved in mediation instead of dragging it out in the courts.

I have not hired this firm as of yet. I am seeking grandparents rights in regards to my granddaughter and the advise given by this office has been very helpful.
