I have been using Durham Jones & Pinegar for a couple of years now for our patent and trademark work. They are very capable and sharp. We have been working with James Larson and his approach has allowed us to get more done in a short period of time than we previously had using other firms. James is very easy to work with and has provided great strategic insights and value to our patent and trademark filings and portfolio. He is up front and helps us understand the process, fees, and provides excellent guidance that fits in line with our companies patent and trademark goals and objectives. I appreciate his honest feedback which has allowed us to not only pursue things we didn't initially value in at the time but in the end did have value but also be upfront about times to take a step back or put things on hold. All around great firm.

DJ&P Has been fantastic to work with on all our patent and trademark work. Brick is a great guy, and a fantastic lawyer. Mark is a genius of Corp Law. We've used several lawyers in the area, these guys earned 100% of our business.

We have used a lot of other attorneys including our own in-house general counsel and had very little results. Once we switched to Durham Jones & Pinegar we have loved what they have done for our business. Working with Andrew Wright and Evan Schmutz has been a great experience. They know what they are doing and very good at getting the "water to the end of the Row". We were hung up on a couple lawsuits and they have helped it progress in a short few weeks of working with them! They might not want me to say this but they have even worked with us on a few bills with them...really like them a lot and appreciate what they do for us. I would HIGHLY suggest using Durham Jones & Pinegar!
