We scheduled a phone call consultation after Mr. Day was referred to us. He was very patient to listen and spent almost 2 hours answering all of our questions. I feel he more than did his due diligence in helping us evaluate our case and decide whether or not to hire an attorney. Mr. Day was professional & caring but also kept to the facts & findings. I reached out to Preston to help with regard to my disabled daughter's guardianship case. Everything was very straight forward, made easily understandable, and was done in a timely manner (which is not AT ALL typical of my experience with attorneys in the past.)
