Preston was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the entire process and because of that I feel like I learned a lot.

On extremely short notice, and in the midst of the turmoil surrounding COVID-19, I decided to move my medical practice from Arizona to Utah. With the change in venue I needed to set up a new PLLC and get organized so that I could start practicing as soon as possible. Preston got everything sorted out, and covered details I would have completely neglected, in just a few days. It was a huge relief to be able to entrust critical work to Preston and have him manage it with a mixture of expediency and thoroughness.

Preston knowledge and expertise made him a valued friend and ally, while venturing through my divorce and legal concerns. To be strait, I value the man as a family member, because without him I would not have the custody or life I have today. Divorce is a tough process. But with Preston I was able to navigate through some murky waters and come out with my children and a better life.
