I had, unfortunately, needed to start the divorce process, and Brian Maucotel with Summit Law Group of Utah was the first to reach out to me. During the 3 year process that it took to get completely processed, Brian was with me every step of the way, making sure I was up to date with everything, always willing to call if I had questions, and always on top of anything the courts required. I am willing to say that the case was won in large part due to his diligence in making sure everything was covered and in on time to the satisfaction to myself and the courts.

I love Scott. He's helped me with my on and off again divorce 😆. He is very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Update - I feel like the lawyer responded in good faith. He did reach out to me after the review. This is apparently off an Ad that is distinct from the website. I am applying 5 stars because of the explanation and the communications was reasonable. For me, when an organization makes right, thats a good thing. As I said before, they didn’t get me started then shock me with the price that I ended up paying. Hope this makes sense. ———— "No Fees Unless We Win" Just know, this isn't true. While certainly you learn the high "consultation" fees upfront, I still think saying this leaves a bad taste in your mouth then something like $400 is asked just to see if they might even be interested in the case. I just think this is good to know since this claim was on their website. I can't pay $400 just to see if I have a case when I am literally in a discrimination situation.

Nobody answers the phone and then when I finally did get somebody down to the phone they picked up and hung up on me
