I have used Bretton to handle issues dealing with business law; everything from human resource issues to contracts with partner companies to business establishment and corporate structure issues. He's great at explaining things in layman's terms. He's very well-versed in all of these aspects of law, is very detail-oriented, and has made me feel very well represented.

Bretton assisted me with a purchase agreement for buying a business. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I believe it was money well spent when a lot was at stake and an emotional time to begin with. The process help me also think through things that helped with my negotiation.
