I paid my rent to the end of my lease, although I left for a new job early. The rental company re-rented my unit but hold my rent and deposit. Braden helped me get my money back and make them to pay penalty. He is very patient and supportive, as I am not a native speaker and have stuttering.

i Just want to put this out there and i hope Wayne Caldwell you read this at a point in time. you are BY FAR THE WORST LAWYER IN CACHE VALLEY. you tend to actually (f) over you’re client’s more then help them. like not even a bad lawyer. THE (WORST) you honestly just should stop cause you’re doing nothing at all but in the end (fing) over you’re client’s even more that they already are in. (STOP AND READ THIS PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A LAWYER IN CACHE VALLEY PLEASE DONT GO TO Wayne Caldwell) Go and actually get a lawyer who did there homework and actually cares about getting the help you need i definitely would recommend (Shaun L Peck) or (Brandon J. Baxter).

Excellent law firm

I highly recommend Wayne Caldwell, we had horrible experiences with prior attorneys. Once we finally switch to Wayne everything changed and he has helped us so much. We love Bonnie as well, she is always so great at getting back to us and keeping updated, as well as smart, and super kind!

I am so happy that I have them on my side fighting for fathers rights they are amazing and work hard to get things to be reasonable for both parties. I would recommend them for any father out there going through a divorce where the mother is difficult in the divorce process with the kids. I have been stressing out trying to do it on my own and being 2,000 miles away they were able to step in for me so I didn’t lose my rights as a father. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to my future as a Dad

The Bearnson & Caldwell team is amazing! They handled my divorce case and I couldn't be happier. My case was a little different than the typical divorce but they had the experience and know-how to get it done effectively and professionally. Wayne took the time to explain things very well and answer all of my questions. Their paralegal, Diann, took over my case about midway through and couldn't have done a better job! She kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. She made sure everything was taken care of so I could rest easier knowing my case was in capable hands. She was also incredibly nice and understanding throughout the whole process. Divorce can be a very hard and emotional thing so that made a huge difference. Their team made sure my kids and I have a safe and happy future to look forward to. I would recommend them to anyone.
