I called Kent Hansen's office in Logan to ask for assistance with my parents' trust since I am now the trustee and need to settle the trust. I had previously called the attorney who created the trust as well as another firm in Logan but, after waiting for several weeks, I received no response from either of them. I was pleased and relieved that Maria could schedule a 15 minute consultation within a few days of my call. Mr. Hansen called at the appointed time and provided some initial guidance. We scheduled another call a few days later to discuss the trust. At the next meeting, it was obvious that he had read the trust and was familiar with the provisions. During our discussion, he answered all of my questions and provided the guidance I needed. He also reviewed and corrected two documents that were required for me to act in the capacity of the trustee. All of this was done over the phone or in a Zoom call since I am out of the state. I am extremely pleased with the assistance that Mr. Hansen provided. He is very professional, understanding, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Kent was very helpful and took the time to explain the various options and documents with estate planning along with reviewing the probate process. He answered all my questions and the process was easier than I had anticipated.

Kent Hansen updated our Trust that we had done years ago with another law firm. Kent listened to our concerns and to the things that we wanted to add. Kent updated the trust very quickly. Used him to "help" my sister with a case. Unfortunately it didn't end the way we would have liked. She was on probation and had some prescription med problem. She went to jail but he never notified us. We have her 4 kids and we didn't know what was going on. Do NOT use! Hire someone who actually does their job.

We met with Kent at the Logan office to review our existing Family Trust documents, restating our Trust and updating our Wills.
