Organized, friendly, caring and very efficient and effective. Chris and Diane were great. Made everything go smooth and pretty fast.

Never had much of a chance to talk to Paul, even after giving him our $1500 retainer, which he took for less than an hour of work. When we asked for a breakdown of charges, we were told they couldn't give us that, then the legal aide stated that Paul would call to explain the charges, but he never did. Only really talked to him once , he claimed i didn't give him every thing. I have proof. We also kept getting rescheduled since he's never in the office. Didn't even really look at the case before charging us the retainer. Very disappointed. And lastly, made me feel like was not important as a client and I had to call him to get answers! Would have liked a phone call trying to talk me out of canceling my case!

The most affordable* place to make sure you get it right the first time, saved time and was overall a neutral to positive experience.

Chris was incredibly helpful and explains everything so that you can understand it. He answered every question I had and genuinely wants to help.

Been trying to get this settled for 2 and half years. Not impressed with the service or really anything they have done. We have to call them and call again and again. If you want to have any results then don't use this company. It's crazy that we knew more about what payments would be taken in full by the health insurance company than they did. I'm sure there's someone that understands the law better than this company. Keep looking.
