Currently, a friend of mine is using this firm for her personal injury case. She has been so frustrated with this firm that I am investigating the matter to relieve her time on the case, and so she can work on healing. One of her attorneys, James Clissold, is an avid daily runner, teaches at the U of U, has only had his law degree two years, and claims he will take care of your personal injury case. The previous stated sentence might be why he is not working on her case as contracted. I will continue to investigate and post so that you can decide if this firm is one that you want to turn your injury to. At this point and with the information by my friend, professional opinion would be NOT to contract with this firm to perform any legal work.
