Very unprofessional and negligent, its been 4 years since my accident and I haven’t heard anything from Udalls office I don’t understand why I have to keep calling and looking for answers from my attorney, I highly recommend not hire Bobby and his team because they obviously don’t care about for their clients

Josh was amazing at handling mine and my daughter’s case after we were hit by a drunk driver!! Well my girl had car accident so we ask for Bobby law firm to help us out but honestly it’s been horrible working with them you ask them simple questions can’t even answer and we have to call over and over and email and after email for them to answer simple questions it’s been over year now that we have done our claim and nothing yet at this point we just gonna go bbb at this point cause they can’t do there job !!! Especially right now that we want update and had some questions can’t even answer!!! We sent email since 21st of March and it’s April 5th and still no answer even if you call them multiple times definitely don’t recommend 👍🏽
