NO COMMUNICATION! Greg will happily take your money and tell you not to worry he will take care of you because he has been doing this for over 30 years, but then you will find out he does not communicate with you at all. He will show up late to your trials saying its "just a cattle call" but showing you no respect as his client. Then when the prosecutor states their case against you, he will tell you to take it, or go to prison,,, not advocating for you at all. AND FINALLY - When you leave a bad review about your experience, he will tell you to remove it or he will sue you!

Greg Smith and Associates are a great team! I was dealing with a serious speeding incident. Before I met formally Mr. Smith, his team was able to push back my hearing a couple months so he was able to prepare. When I met with him for the first time for breakfast, about 30 minutes, he was filled with infectious energy. I felt very reassured throughout this nerve-wracking process after that morning and if I had any questions, I could contact him or his team at any point during the day. Mr. Smith makes you feel he has everything under control and he is very confident with his next steps. He was able to make an incredibly generous deal with the prosecuting attorney. I can't thank him and his team enough for everything they have accomplished.

I regret to say that my experience with Greg and his associates has been one of the worst professional encounters I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, communication was a significant issue. It felt nearly impossible to get in touch with him—requiring constant effort on my part, only to be met with frustration. On the rare occasions I did reach him, he would often dismiss me by telling me to call back later, only to then ignore my follow-up attempts. This cycle repeated for weeks, leaving me feeling disregarded and unheard. Throughout our interactions, Greg repeatedly assured me that I had a strong case with a high likelihood of success. However, these assurances seemed hollow as little to no progress was made. Despite his confidence in the case, I experienced nothing but wasted time and mounting frustration. I am only 22 years old and had placed my trust—and a considerable financial investment—into his hands, only to feel as though I was taken advantage of. The fees charged were substantial, yet I saw no tangible results or meaningful effort on his part. It has now been weeks since I last heard from Greg, and he has made no effort to follow up or provide any updates. This lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend Greg or his firm to anyone seeking legal representation. My experience has been a costly lesson in what to avoid when hiring an attorney.
