Mr. Levitt is by far great at his profession. Mr. Levitt stood by me till the very end, he assured me that although my case was difficult that he would help and fight to make sure I would walk away without a sentence. hi I got in trouble so I decided to google for a lawyer. i found derren on yelp ... he's cool got me out of trouble. i was so happy cuz im a truck driver and traffic tickets is bad. i asked him if he needed more money he said nope just write a nice review about me. .. NOTE : for trespassing its : $1400 and for traffic tickets it used to be $500 and $600 but no more than $750... thanks

Got caught with A LOT (A LOT) of marijuana. I don't live in the state, practically across the country. Hired him and he worked out a deal with no jail time and just a fine, community service, and some good behavior in the laws' eyes for 18 months. Looking at the laws in Utah, compared to what he got me, I would say a slap on the wrist (hence the title). I would recommend him if you did the same thing I stated in the first sentence. Also would like to add, All Praise to God.

Darren was amazing from the get go, I had 3 dv charges filed against me all class a's. Darren kept me informed throughout the case about what was going on, he kept in contact with the prosecutor about it and with his hard work and determination he was able to get me probably the best outcome I could have gotten without going to trial, I was able to take a plea in obeyance to 1 class c misdemeanor with a minimal fine. Darren really cares about his clients and he will work hard to get you the best possible outcome. Darren was referred to me by another attorney and I would recommend him to anybody. I was dealing with my second DUI. I was asleep in a car, not planning to drive. The police did a welfare check as it was November and got me. Darren really did nothing for 3500 dollars. What he negotiated with the prosecutor I could have done on my own. Ended up spending 5 days in jail. Loss of license for two years. Hiring this guy is a joke. He will not advise you towards anything that will not make him more money. Told me he could not guarantee results but won with less if we went to trial. Only would have been five thousand more. Find someone else

I was put in a situation where I had been the victim of cop fishing and had been taken advantage of because I was not as informed of my rights as I should have been combined with dealing with an aggressive cop that started out as a bad situation that went REALLY, REALLY bad. As someone with no prior history with the law and being charged for drug possession in a state that I was simply passing through, the situation was terrifying and I have never been so glad to contact Darren Levitt. Mr. Levitt is quick with response, takes the time to listen to all your questions and details, and takes the time to make sure he understands your situation. We kept in constant contact over the months, and he worked to not only make sure I was informed of my situation, but that he worked to make sure that I did not have to fly across the country every time my presence was requested. Darren's comprehensive understanding of the law put allowed me to place confidence of his ability to help me work something out (as the cop I dealt with and other lawyers did not seem to know their own state laws).
