In my experience if you are a male in a situation where you need a neutral mediator I DON'T recommend using Diana Huntsman. The way that she worded the final documents was not what I agreed to. I feel like this was done intentional or an obvious lack of laziness. It was clear that she had taken sides, that cost me an extra $150K because of the negligence in how she wrote up the settlement documents. People say that mediating is the way to go to save money I strongly disagree. I should of had my own representation to review on my behalf to make sure that the documents created by Diana were what I had agreed on. I put trust in Diana assuming what I agreed, was actually in the paperwork. Divorce is a horrible thing to go through and Diana made it worse. Very disappointing experience. After numerous emails and phone calls to her with NO response....I felt it necessary for my honest review.

We have been happy with the work Michael Lofgran has done for us. We started our legal battle, 2014. We didn’t have to pay $25000.00 in IRS taxes. Mike took over all the stress. We also did not have to pay State back taxes. No levies and no garnishments. The staff is friendly, we get a return call, phone appointments etc.. Knows how to get things done!! Needless to say I can’t thank them enough with their customer service. I would be happy to recommend this office. Would also continue working with them with any issues.

In an ineffective effort to obtain physical custody of my 8 month old daughter from her grandparents and incarcerated mother with another attorney, I was referred to Diana Huntsman through a third party firm. I expected to be handed down to a junior associate, with high hopes of making headway. Diana handled my custody case personally, not only against one defendant, but two petitioners that entered in part way through the course of the case. She, as well as her associates and staff, are extremely thorough, thoughtful, and professional. They prepared for hearings in such a manner that every way the hearings could have turned out was thought through and braced for. I truly felt that I had an advocate by my side, supporting what I wanted. Throughout the process Diana was thoughtful enough to even call after hours and offer support. I see comments on this firm regarding price. Can you really put a price on your children, safety, love, and peace of mind? Looking every day at my now 4 year old daughter that is safe, loved, and most of all happy I know my answer. There is no better firm, and no better family law attorney than Diana Huntsman.

The IRS was killing me. I owed $170,000 they were draining my bank accounts, took 100% of my 401 K all my retirement. Huntsman Lofgran stopped the harassment. And got the money owed to $30,000. there great.
