We started working with Parker & McConkie back in June of 2023. Our case is not yet settled, but I wanted to give a shout out to Kristen whom, from the time she took over as the paralegal on our case, has been wonderful to work with. Kristen's follow-through is impeccable, and she always does such a good job of explaining things in plain English for those of us who don't speak legalese. Kristen instills confidence as she deftly navigates the ins and outs of the complicated world of insurance. I'm glad to have her in our court.

My family and I were in a bad car accident a few months ago, the other vehicle at fault. It has been a very stressful time for us as there were injuries sustained and many unknowns with the impact of injuries.
