Right from the get go, Jensen was very helpful in answering my questions and going over the pros and cons of hiring a lawyer for the car accident. He gave me an overview of the steps they take and how long it can all take. Stephanie, his assistant, was always in top of giving me updates, whether it was just a quick text. She communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Sometimes I asked the same questions over and over, but she was patient with me. This was a long process, since it had to go to court, but they did their best so that I didn’t have to take time off for any unnecessary meetings. Anything I needed to sign, I could do electronically. Overall, I had a great experience and am glad it’s been resolved.
