I'm not sure she passed the bar, perhaps she had some help (maybe cheated); point being, competence is not her specialty, and elementary understanding of constitutional tenets, forget it. If she is your public defender, represent yourself; which is to say, not much worse could transpire for you considering your luck of the draw with her appointment of counsel is fraught with deficiency.
